I am looking for a chest protector to replace my old one. My parents wanted me to get a new to protect my heart better. And I was looking at the STX Cell and it looks like it has a hard piece over where the heart would be. Is that designed to protect your heart or for something else?

i made this u-19 team and we are going to these tournies. im only a freshman so i am wondering if these tournaments are legit or should i go to a different team. 2009 TOURNAMENTS June 20& 21 at USTC Downingtown Pa June 27& 28 at Battle of Valley Forge July 4th Hero?s Tournament
